Return Policy

If you're not happy with your order for any reason, you can return it by shipping back within 5 business days of receiving it. To ensure a full refund minus the original shipping cost, make sure the unworn jewelry is returned in its original packaging with the receipt included. You can return it securely via UPS, USPS, or FedEx. The package must arrive within 10 business days of purchase, so please be mindful of this when selecting shipping option. 

We understand that the 5 day turnaround may not be feasible for every situation, and if returned between 5 and 15 business days, you will receive store credit. As a small business we are unable to accept any returns after 30 days.

Please include your contact information inside the package along with the jewelry. We cannot process returns without customer information enclosed. We also would like to know why you are returning it, so if you can include a little note that would help us as a small business.

We will process returns within 1-2 days upon receiving and you will receive email confirmation. Keep in mind that, depending on the billing cycle of your credit card, it may take 2-10 days for the refund to post to your account.

Repeated Returns

We offer a return policy to help with the challenge of online shopping. We also monitor the number of returns made by customers and, at the discretion of 4th & Rose, will refuse returns, deny an order, or close an account if we notice an excessive volume of returns. 

Exchanges

Please order the new item and send back the unwanted item within 5 business days upon receiving. This is the quickest and easiest way for you to receive your preferred piece of jewelry and refund for the original piece.
