Jewelry Care
To ensure your pieces stay radiant for years to come, follow these simple care instructions.
Storage & Wear: Store in the provided box to prevent scratches and tangles. Avoid contact with harsh chemicals like chlorine, bleach, and cosmetics. Remove before swimming, exercising, or doing any strenuous activity.
Gold: 14k solid gold is naturally tarnish-resistant, so you won't need frequent cleanings. We've included a polishing cloth to buff away any minor surface scratches or bring back extra shine whenever it's needed.
Turquoise: Avoid submerging in water as this can affect the stone. To clean, gently wipe with a soft, damp cloth and pat dry with a soft cloth immediately.
Other Gemstones: Soak for 10 minutes in mild dish soap and warm water. Gently brush with a soft toothbrush, rinse, and dry with a soft cloth.
Repairs
At our size, we are not yet able to offer jewelry repair services directly. However, we understand that accidents happen and cherished jewelry pieces sometimes need care and restoration. We encourage our customers to reach out to a trusted local jeweler for any repair needs.
